How did you become involved in the coffee industry?
I worked as Barista,Coffee Roaster and then as barista trainer and roaster at beanthere from 2010 —2016.
I competed in the Western Cape Cup tasters in 2014 and came 7th place and again in 2015 and came sixth.
Why are you passionate about coffee?
Coffee brings people together.
Working with coffee also improves the lifes of farmers.The love of coffee grows as u know coffee.
Why are you working with Nagaland coffee?
I Joined Nagaland Coffee Roastery in 2017. I liked the transparency involved when dealing with the farmers. At Nagaland coffee, we grow our own coffee and we only sell our own coffee – that is something unique in the coffee industry. It is the esteem that when you roasting coffee and preparing it you know that you are involved with the product from the farm. We have direct relationship with our farmers and we pay our farmers fairly.

How did you become involved in the coffee industry?
I have been a coffee lover since my high schools days and wanted to learn more about it but didn’t know where to start and that’s where I met Dr. Peter who mentored me to know more about the physiology and the anatony of coffee.
Why are you passionate about coffee?
The art of tasting coffee, roasting coffee at certian levels to get varieties of roast, being a barista making an amazing latte art, cupping the roasted coffee to know its flavours and knowing what a Coffee actually is makes me more and more passionate about coffee.
Why are you working with Nagaland coffee?
Our state has a rich fertile land to grow one of the best coffee in India and through Nagaland Coffee i want to promote our local coffee to be a commercial and global success by exporting to different parts of the world as well as supplying green beans and roasted ones in and around India.
