We have sourced only the best Arabica varieties to suit the climate of this new coffee growing area. In each of the areas we process the coffee differently to ensure it develop its optimal aroma and flavour. All the coffee is purely organic and is processed according to its variety and growing area.

10 Steps from bean to cup
01. PLANTING
The seeds that are planted are carefully selected according to the unique micro climate, flavour and aroma and exceptional cup quality
02. Harvesting
Pickers rotate among the trees every eight to 10 days, choosing only the cherries which are at the peak of ripeness. This kind of harvest is labor intensive but ensure the quality of the coffee is superior
03. Processing
Once the coffee has been picked, processing must begin as quickly as possible to prevent fruit spoilage
04. Drying
The freshly picked cherries are simply spread out on huge surfaces to dry in the sun. In order to prevent the cherries from spoiling, they are raked and turned throughout the day
05. Milling
Grading and Sorting is done by size and weight, and beans are also reviewed for color flaws or other imperfections
06. Exporting
The milled beans, now referred to as green coffee, are loaded onto ships in either jute or sisal bags loaded in shipping containers, or bulk-shipped inside plastic-lined containers.
