Khar

This is farm was established in the 1980 and was abandoned in the 1990's due to political unrest and bad marketing. It was revisited again three years ago. The coffee has a milk chocolate body with nutty flavors. It's a well-balanced cup with mild acidity and a long bittersweet after taste.

Mon

Mon is an ethnic paradise and home to the Konyak tribe who is well known for the headhunting tradition practiced back in the days. They are still recognized by the tattoos on the faces and the exquisite jewelry as signs of their achievements. A few farmers have planted between 10 and 200 trees each. The coffee that grows here is naturally processed and has a fruity honeycomb flavour. This variety has won the Fine Cup Award for best Arabica at the "flavour of India".

Wokha

Wokha is also a new farm that was established in 2012. It was a ginger farm some years ago. The cup has a clear ginger flavour with some citrus notes and a smooth and thin body with a fruity sweet finish.

Zunheboto

This is a 5 year old estate planted in the lower Himalayas. The coffee trees were planted in a natural virgin forest. This single estate has a roasted creamy nutty fragrance with a spicy silky body with a caramel aftertaste. Citrus fruit aromas.
